HOW DOES BUY NOW, PAY LATER WORK?
With Pay later, you can pay for your order 30 days after shipping. If your Pay later request is accepted, Klarna will send you an email with payment instructions once your order is shipped. Just follow the link in the email to view your order.

HOW DOES PAY IN 3 WORK?
Pay later in 3 will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal payments. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by the us and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively.
HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?
You can pay for your purchases whenever you want. Simply log in to your Klarna account and make a secure payment with either a debit or credit card. Logging in is quick and easy, just follow these three steps:
1. Select log in from the Klarna website or log in to the Klarna app for iOD or Android.
2. Enter your email address used when making the purchase.
3. No passwords required, simply select the secure login link Klarna has just sent to the above email address.
Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. All transactions take place via secure connections, protected with the latest industry standard security protocols. Payments cannot be made by telephone or bank transfer.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Klarna will automatically attempt to collect payment for your Pay later in 3 purchase from the card that you entered at checkout. You can find out when your payments will be taken in the email that you received at the time of purchase or by logging in to Klarna. If the automatic payment fails, we will make another attempt to collect payment two days later. If this also fails, Klarna will issue you a statement for the full outstanding order, which will become payable 15 days later.
AM I ELIGIBLE FOR PAY LATER IN 3?
To use Pay later in 3 you must be at least 18. Whilst this option is widely promoted, Pay later in 3 is subject to your financial circumstances. When choosing Pay later in 3, our assessment will not affect your credit rating. The Pay later 3 payment option is automatically generated by algorithms that are dependent upon a number of factors including address details, cardholder details, amount of order, the online store, previous order history, and item availability.
HOW CAN I INCREASE MY CHANCE OF BEING OFFERED PAY LATER IN 3?
To increase your eligibility for Pay later, please help us eliminate some top decline reasons.
- Ensure your name and billing address match those held by your bank account or electoral roll.
- Ensuring delivery of goods to your billing address.
- Attempt to order with a lower basket value, if possible.
Note: If you have recently paid a Pay later order, please allow up to 48 hours for this to clear.
CAN I CHANGE THE CARD I USED TO MAKE PAYMENT?
Your second and third payments will be automatically taken from the card that you entered during the checkout process. If you need to change the payment card, simply log in to the Klarna app, head to your Pay later in 3 order and select "Change card", then enter your new card details.
